Extension and refurbishment of a three-storey apartment in the heart of Notting Hill.

Host is developing proposals for the comprehensive refurbishment of this upper-level maisonette, including a new rooftop extension and the reconfiguration of the main living and bedroom floors. The project spans the upper storeys of a period building and is being carefully developed to balance ambitious spatial change with the constraints of the existing structure and conservation area setting.

We are working alongside Nomad Private Client and Nomad’s interior design team to coordinate the architectural and interior design vision into a cohesive, high-quality home.
