A full refurbishment of this five storey Victorian Office building for Peacock & Co Solicitors. The mid-terrace property has a prominent frontage onto Wimbledon Village High Street. Planning has been granted for a new shopfront as well as other sensitive external alterations.
Internally the project will open up the existing office rooms into open plan spaces which run the length of the building as well as expanding into their existing basement space.
Status: On site
The Ground Floor and Basement will be fully accessible to clients and staff with a new stair and lift providing access to both floors. An internal light well provides natural light to the new conference room at the front of the basement floor whilst an existing rear light well means that the reconfigured spaces at the rear of the property have plenty of light.
